POSTPONED: First Round, Zoning Text Amendments - (Public Hearing)

A public hearing for the first round of zoning text amendments has been postponed. Staff anticipates that the item will be presented at a day meeting of the Planning Commission in either July or August.

A public hearing will be held before The City of Hamilton Planning Commission, meeting as a Committee of the Whole, First Thursday of the Month, 1:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

REQUEST:        Changes to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance per First Round yearly review of the zoning ordinance, various topics:

The following sections of the Zoning Ordinance are proposed for amendment:

·         Section 1250, Zoning Land Use Chart

·         Section 1300, Conditional Uses

·         Section 1400, Accessory Uses

·         Section 1600, Off-Street Parking and Loading Regulations

·         Section 1700, Signs

·         Section 1800, Residential Design Standards

·         Section 1900, Commercial Design Standards

·         Section 3900, Glossary

·         Section 4400, Amendments
