Agenda Item #2: Variance Request for 226 North Second Street Hamilton, Ohio 45011
The applicant is proposing to install a parking pad to be 34 x 25 feet in the rear of the property where a home and additional impervious surface currently exist. The applicant requests one (1) variance to Section 1504 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance (HZO).
1. To seek one (1) variance from Section 1504 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Lot Coverage where the maximum allowable lot coverage is 35%.
