LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE
The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, March 12, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

REQUEST: Changes to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance:
Changes pertain to Tattoo and Body Art as a land use within the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance:
· Section 1250, “Zoning Land Use Chart”
· Section 1300, “Conditional Uses & Specific Uses”
· Section 1378, “Tattoo & Piercing”
· Section 3900, “Glossary”
The proposal is a comprehensive update regarding Tattoo and Body Art uses, including consideration of Tattoo/Body Art as an accessory use (secondary / minor use) in Salon or Beauty Shop establishments.
