Hamilton Community Authority Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hamilton Community Authority will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021, commencing at 11:00 a.m.  Pursuant to Ohio House Bills 197 and 404, this meeting will be held by teleconference or videoconference as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency.  Members of the public may observe this meeting on Hamilton TV (https://www.facebook.com/tvhamiltonohio).  The purposes of the meeting are to select officers of the Board of Trustees; update the Board on the status of the Champion Mill development; consider retention of a calculation agent; consider updates to construction of parking lot improvements; discuss retention of an accountant to prepare the Authority's financial statements; and consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.  This meeting is open to the public.  Due to the meeting being held virtually, public comment is requested to be received either before or during the meeting through email at stacey.dietrich@hamilton-oh.gov. Comments received on Facebook may have to be addressed subsequent to the meeting.
